About Us

My Background

Welcome to Fighting Fit Personal Training and Sports Massage.A little bit about me. I started out in the fitness industry around 14 years ago.After passing into the infantry in 2006 shortly after my first operational tour to Afghanistan i was selected to become a physical training instructor for my regiment RGBW.After some hardcore training at the Army school of physical training I became a PTI. Upon leaving the military I became a level 3 personal trainer and nutritional therapist.As well as my love for training I have had another passion for martial arts. I practised many martial arts from a young age including Taekwondo kick-boxing and aikido. I competed in many tournaments growing up fighting at British and international level. As an adult I have fought as an ameteur and professional in K1(kick-boxing).I have studied boxing and coached my regiments boxing team and continue to coach youths,keen to pass on my knowledge to the next generation. I am a qualified sports massage therapist looking to expand my business and help people with recovery as well as hard work.

Mobile Sport Massage 

What is sports massage?Sports massage therapy is to help athletes/active people before, during and after physical activity. This helps prevent injury and relieve pain through soft tissue manipulation.Sports massage can release tension in the muscles and break down scar tissue and adhesions improving circulation and optimising performance.
Do you have to be an athlete to receive a sports massage?No! Anyone who suffers from muscular pain and discomfort can have a sports massage.

If you cancel a booking with at least 48hrs notice you will receive a full refund. Cancellation within 48 hours of your booking will incur a 50% charge. Cancellation within 24 hours of your booking will result in full payment.
